Today I finished my third year of college. What have I learned over the past 3 years? Well, I'll tell you. I've learned that Iran isn't a big threat to Israel or the U.S.; Universal health care will be successful; Bush lied, people died; US is a torturing nation; the media is a mouthpiece of the Bush administration; Global warming is 100% real.

H.R. 1592 Churches will be challenged all over the U.S.

Christians had better get off their bottoms. If this passes churches all over the U.S. will be challenged under the provisions of this bill. They will be forced to take in those of other "sexual orientation" and "gender identity" or face prosecution under the phrase of "denial of goods and services". Next will be the teachings of The Bible.

Introduction

I run several other blogs that focus on a variety of political issues. One is focused on the Chicago area, specifically Will County, and contains items written by me. Another is a mix of bits about various cities in the US, written by various people and edited by me. I also monitor and comment on several other blogs.

This one however is meant to be a compilation of the best stuff out there each day. It is meant to be higher volume than my other blogs and to cover a wider political spectrum, including a stronger focus on national issues. I will attempt not to show my political leanings in my selection. I tend to be somewhat libertarian, although I do think under some circumstances the government can be an effective provider of services.
